This soft scramble with caviar toast will be your new favorite breakfast, or your quick new snack. Caviar makes everything better and with a creamy soft scramble, it adds extra richness to the toast. Bon Appetit in advance.

Ingredients:

• toast
• olive oil
• 2 beaten eggs
• butter
• spring onions/chives
• caviar

Instructions:

-Toast the toast using olive oil.

-In a pan, add the eggs to the hot olive oil, then add two knobs of butter.

-Place your soft scramble on top of the toasted toast.

-Garnish with the spring onion and a generous amount of caviar.

-Now you're ready to enjoy. Bon Appetit!
