Tomato Puff Pastry with Cream Cheese and Pesto

Puff pastry is the easiest and quickest way to bake yourself a pie/galette look alike, taste-wise it won’t be that different too. The recipe is so simple with direct ingredients from your fridge/freezer. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • mini puff pastries sheets
  • cream cheese
  • cherry tomatoes 
  • pesto
  • dried basil
  • chilli flakes
  • olive oil

Instructions:

-Gently press your cookie cutter against your pastry sheet to form the borders, then fork the pastries to ensure them not rising in the center.

-Spread cream cheese on your pastries, then top it with the halved cherry tomatoes, pesto, dried basil, chili flakes, and olive oil.

-Bake your pastries for 15-20 minutes at 180C or till golden.

-Finally, you can serve your warm tomato puff pastries. Bon Appetit!!
