Air Fryer Stuffed Pasta Shells

We all love pasta for lunch and dinner, but why not enjoy it as a snack or a side-dish. This recipe looks so great, crispy and tastes so good. All you need is pasta shells, filling, dipping sauce and an air fryer- if you don't have an air fryer, use the oven it'll work too. Give it a try and share your opinion with us. Enjoy! 

Ingredients:
  • pasta shells
  • water
  • 200g ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano 
  • salt
  • black pepper 
  • shredded mozzarella 
  • shredded parmesan 
  • 3 minced garlic
  • pink sauce

Instructions:

-In a pot, add boiling water, pasta shells and a generous amount of salt. Next, boil the pasta for 7-9 minutes. 

-While boiling the pasta, in a bowl, add ricotta, an egg, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, mozzarella, parmesan and garlic. Mix the ingredients together to form the filling.

-Gently add the filling to one shell and cover it with another.

-Once done stuffing the shells, air fry them for 10-12 minutes at 180C, or till golden.

-Serve the air fried pasta shells with your dipping sauce-pink sauce is great with this dish. And enjoy!
