Potato Wedges

Once you try this potato wedges with the dipping sauce, you won't go back to the ones you get from the fast food chains. The olive-oil mix, the dipping sauce, everything complements the other in this recipe. So give it a try and enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 2 potatoes
  • water 
  • salt
Olive Oil Mix: 
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • paprika powder 
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • parsley 
Dipping Sauce:
  • kewpie mayonnaise 
  • sriracha sauce
  • salt 

Instructions:

-Cut your potatoes to wedges and boil in salted water for 8-10 minutes.

-In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder and parsley.

-Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and pour the olive oil mixture on the potatoes.

-Bake in the oven at 180 C for 45-50 minutes.

-In a separate bowl, mix kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, salt and parsley.

-Once baked serve the potatoes with the mayo dip.
