Blueberry Oat Crumble
Oat/Oatmeal is so versatile, sweet or savory, overnight or oven baked, blended or crumbled, can you see what I'm trying to say here. Blueberry Oat Crumble is an easy dessert/ sweet breakfast, the blueberry gets jammy, the oats add a crunch and an ice-cream scoop or whipped cream for extra flavor. I think I have your attention now, don't waste anymore time and give this recipe a try. Enjoy!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup floor
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- white sugar
- blueberries
- mint
Instructions:
-In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, oats, floor, coconut oil and maple syrup.
-Place your blueberries at the bottom of your baking dishes- I used ramekins.
-Powder white sugar over your blueberries.
-Top your blueberries with the oat crumble.
-Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C or till you see your blueberries jammy.
-Serve the crumble warm with ice cream on top and garnish with mint.
