Potato Button Noodles been going viral all over TikTok for some time, and I had to give it a try cause who wouldn't like a vegetable in a form of another. Taste-wise it wasn't mind blowing, almost a gnocchi with asian vibes and a bit extra chewy since we used cornstarch. Overall worth the try. So give it a try and comeback share with us your opinion. - 2 medium sized potatoes
- 1.5 cup cornstarch
- salt
- soy sauce
- chili powder
- oil
Instructions:
-Chop your potatoes to mid-sized cubes. Next, boil in salted water for 20-25 minutes or till fork tender.
-In a bowl, mash the potatoes and mix in the cornstarch till you form a dough.
-Press gently against the small formed balls using a Cola bottle to get the mushroom shape.
-In a pot, boil the potato noodles for 8-10 minutes.
-In a bowl, add the potato noodles, soy sauce, chili powder and boiling oil.
-Mix it all together, then serve. Enjoy!!
