Cheesy Twice Baked Potatoes

This loaded baked potatoes will be your new obsession. All you need is: bake a potato and then mash the inside with all your cheeses, spices or whatever your heart desires. Then re-fill it back in your potato boat. Finally, bake again (hence the name). And as per usual, Bon Appetit! 

Ingredients:
Cheesy Twice Baked Potatoes
  • potatoes 
  • parmesan cheese
  • sharp cheddar 
  • salt
  • paprika
  • heavy cream
  • sour cream
  • green onions

Instructions:

-Pierce the potatoes and bake in the oven till fork tender.

-Cut the potatoes’ top and take out the inside to mash.

-In a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, shredded parmesan, shredded sharp cheddar, salt, paprika, heavy cream and sour cream. 

-Mix all the ingredients together and fill in a ziplock bag.

-Fill in the potato boats with your filling.

-Bake the potatoes again till golden.

-Serve with green onions or scallions on top.
