Frozen Lemon Sorbet Cups

You can always make these easy frozen lemon sorbet cups as a manifestation for your next summer trip to Italy. It's currently winter where I live, but the sight of these cups makes me feel warm and ready for a swim. So, give these nice looking frozen cups a try and Bon Appetit!

Frozen Lemon Sorbet CupsIngredients:
  • adalia lemon
  • frozen coconut cream cubes
  • maple syrup (if you want a sweet sorbet)
  • mint 

Instructions:

-Cut the lemons’ top and bottom.

-With a spoon, hallow the inside of the lemons.

-Insert the sliced lemon’s bottom from the top to hold the sorbet.

-And save the sliced lemon’s top to cap the lemon.

-In a blender, blend the lemon juice, coconut cream cubes and maple syrup for a sweeter sorbet.

-Fill the sorbet in the lemon cubs.

-Garnish with mint and Enjoy!!
