Miso Butter Pumpkin 

Fall and Winter aren't only my favorite seasons for the cold weather and the rest from the sun, but the pumpkins too. Please tell me you wait for fall too, only to finally grab yourself a PSL from Starbucks. Anyways, I really love pumpkin's taste, to drink, to bake, to fry, to add to your pasta, it is your choice!
In this recipe, we have got the miso taste, the spiciness from the sriracha and the sweetness from the maple. So don't skip over this recipe. Give it a try and Enjoy! 

Ingredients:
Miso Butter Pumpkin
  • butternut squash
  • water
  • 3 garlic cloves 
  • spring onions
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 2 tsps miso 
  • sesame seeds
  • sriracha 
  • maple syrup

Instructions:

-Peel the butternut squash and cut to cubes. Then boil for 15-20 minutes.

-Slice your garlic and chop the spring onions.

-Mix in the butter and the miso paste. Then add to a pan with the garlic and sauté.

-Add the sautéed sauce to the boiled squash and add sesame seeds.

-Spread the squash cubes on a baking sheet and add more sesame seeds. Next, bake for 25-30 minutes at 180C.

-Mix in sriracha and maple syrup to drizzle over your baked pumpkin. And garnish with the spring onions.

-Enjoy!!!
