Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal
Banana Bread Baked Oatmeal, it's delicious, it's healthy, it's nutty. Baked Oatmeal was one of the smartest quick dessert that we were introduced to in quarantine, and here we are almost 3 years later and I'm still hooked.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- cinnamon powder
- chocolate chips
- walnuts
- peanut butter
Instructions:
-In a ramekin, mash 1/2 a banana.
-Add in then mix the oat, the coconut milk and a dash of cinnamon.
-Top with chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
-Bake for 15-18 minutes at 180 C.
-Serve with banana slices, walnuts and peanut butter.
-Bon Appetit!!
