Sourdough Starter (with no discard)

Sourdough Starter was the first natural yeast there is, and us being able to create bread and pastries out of it is the most satisfying feeling a person can get. 
You probably searched the internet for Sourdough Starter recipes or DIYs and almost all of them request discard, you're in luck since here we won't be discarding anything.  

Ingredients:
  • water 
  • whole wheat flour 
  • digital cooking scale
Sourdough Starter (with no discard)

Instructions:

-In a jar, weigh in equal amounts of water and whole wheat flour.

-Mix the ingredients together and leave it for 24 hours.

-Repeat the process for as long as it takes till it doubles in size.

-Once ready, start using the starter immediately or keep in the fridge and feed once ready to use.

-Enjoy!!!
