Pumpkin Focaccia
Ingredients:
  • sourdough focaccia dough 
  • olive oil 
  • pumpkin 
  • pumpkin seeds
  • sage
 
Instructions:

-Prep your sourdough focaccia dough.

-Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil on top.
Pumpkin Focaccia

-Dimple your focaccia dough.

-Thinly slice the pumpkin.

-Place the crescent shape pumpkin slice on the focaccia dough with pumpkin seeds inside.

-Add the sage leaves by the end of each crescent.

-Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.

-Wait for the focaccia to chill before serving.
