Potato Carbonara 

Potato Carbonara is mix cheesy, mix Italian and best of it all IT IS POTATOES. Every potato bite is an explosion of taste in your mouth, need I say more? 
Close your eyes and enjoy this deliciousness. 

Ingredients:
  • baby potatoes
  • olive oil 
  • salt 
  • 2 fresh brown mushrooms
  • three egg yolks 
  • pecorino romano 
  • chives 

Potato Carbonara
Instructions:

-Cut the potatoes half way through to many slices.

-In a cast iron, add the potatoes, generous amount of olive oil and salt.

-Chop the mushroom to tiny pieces.

-Sauté the mushroom on low heat, then add olive oil and salt to taste.

-In a bowl, add the egg yolks and generous amount of pecorino romano cheese.

-Mix well the carbonara sauce- add water if needed.

-Add the sauce to the baked potatoes and top it with chives and the sautéed mushroom.

-Serve the dish and Bon Appetit!!!
