Harissa Sweet Potato on Tahini Yogurt
Finally, it's fall season and we can start enjoying baked foods. This Harissa Sweet Potato on Tahini Yogurt is deliciousness served on a plate. The drizzling sauce is spicy, but it adds sweet and tangy taste which is neutralized by the tahini yogurt.
The service plate feeds the eye before the mouth, and I think it's time to try the delicious dish too. Bon Appetit!!!
Ingredients:
- sweet potato
- 2 tbsps harissa paste
- 2 tbsps maple syrup
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 200g greek yogurt
- 4 tbsps tahini
- chives
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
Instructions:
-Halve the potato and cut halfway through into thin slices.
-Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
-Bake the potatoes till fork tender.
-In a bowl, mix harissa, maple syrup, lemon zest and juice.
-Brush the harissa mix over your potatoes while baking.
-In a different bowl, mix yogurt, tahini, salt and pepper.
-Spread the yogurt mix on your service plate.
-Place the baked potatoes on top of the yogurt.
-Drizzle more of the harissa mix and garnish with chives.
-Enjoy!!!
