Lotus Biscoff Vanilla Custard
Lotus Biscoff Vanilla Custard is a delicate easy dessert, where vanilla custard is at the base and topped with melted lotus spread then garnished with a lotus biscuit.
These lotus cups are the most delicious, yet easy dessert you can make yourself- but it's sweet and of course it's lotus based. Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of milk
- 3 tsps of cornstarch
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 170 grams or 1 can of cream
- a splash of vanilla
- lotus spread
- lotus biscuits
Instructions:
-Keep mixing till it has a custardy texture.
-Once ready, transfer to your serving cups.
-Allow the custard to cool down in the fridge.
-In a bowl, warm up a lotus spread.
-Add a layer of the warm lotus spread on your custard.
-Top the spread with the lotus biscuits.
-Let it cool down before serving.
