Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding is my favorite work snack/lunch and the best thing about this pudding is the easiness making it and of course the test is great. 
Feel free to use your favorite kind of fruit, milk or even yogurt and then play with the toppings as much as you like. Bon Appetit!!!

Ingredients:
  • 4 tbsps chia seeds 
  • 3/4 to 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • small cubes of strawberry 
  • dark chocolate 
  • shredded coconut
Instructions:

-Add chia seeds, coconut milk and honey in a cup.

-Mix the ingredients well.

-Allow the chia mixture to chill overnight in the fridge.

-Serve with fresh cubed strawberries on top.

-For garnish, shave dark chocolate and coconut shreds.
