Pomme Boulangère your warm baked potato dish for the cold times. It has the French onion soup vibes / caramelized onions which is layered with the buttered potatoes. You herb the dish for extra kick and then you bake till all the ingredients cook so well and potatoes gets buttery. 
The dish is cozy and calming and the taste is beyond delicious. Bon Appetit!!!

Ingredients:
  • 2 white onions
  • 1 large potato 
  • 1 cup vegetable stock, salted
  • butter
  • thyme
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • pecorino romano 
Instructions:

Pomme Boulangère
-Thinly slice the onions and the potato.

-On low-medium heat, caramelise the onion slices in vegetable oil.

-Salt the caramelised onions to flavor.

-In a bowl, add the stock as base, then the sliced potato, onions, butter and thyme.

-Repeat the previous step till you reach to the top.

-Bake the potato bowl for 50-60 minutes at 180C.

-Serve with shredded pecorino romano and more fresh thyme.
