Homemade Spinach Tortillas
Next time you are looking for a healthy and a quick breakfast, give this spinach tortillas a try. It's delicious and you can play with the toppings since it's treated as a flatbread or a tortilla.
All you need is 4 ingredients, spinach, egg, salt and oil or butter for cooking the tortillas in it. Enjoy!!!
- 125 grams of spinach
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- vegetable oil
Instructions:
-In a blender, add the spinach, eggs and salt.
-To a pan, add a tiny amount of oil.
-Add the blended spinach mixture to the pan.
-Cook the tortillas on both sides.
-Serve the tortillas with feta, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh parsley.
-Enjoy!!!
