Summer might be over sometime, but you can still enjoy some lemon possets which can bring summer memories back. This viral TikTok recipe is everything you need for your hot days to the cold winter days.

The recipe won't be the easiest but it's guaranteed you'll like it. Starting with the refreshing citrus and ending it with the creamy texture.

Ingredients:

• -3 lemons
• -200 gram heavy cream 
• -75 gram sugar
• -30 grams lemon juice
• -1/2 tbsp lemon zest 
• -1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

-Halve the lemons and extract the meat creating tiny lemon cups.

-In a pan, add heavy cream, sugar, lemon zest.

-Simmer the mix till it thickens.

-Allow the mix to cool down before adding lemon juice and vanilla.

-Transfer the mix to the lemon cups.

-Serve the lemon posset cool.
