Matcha Chia Pudding
Matcha Chia Pudding is my new obsession, it's healthy, it's sweet and it's delicious. The recipe is versatile and the ingredients can be switched to the fruit of the season.

Ingredients:
- 3 tsp of matcha powder
- 50-60 grams of water
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
- greek yogurt
- fresh mango cubed
Instructions:
-In a bowl, add the matcha powder and the water and whisk till dissolved.
-In a different bowl, add chia seeds, coconut milk, matcha mixture, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
-Whisk the ingredients well.
-Transfer the mixture to the fridge and let it sit overnight.
-Cut a fresh mango into small cubes.
-Serve the chia pudding with greek yoghurt and mango cubes on top.
