Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich
Ice-Cream sandwich is an absolute childhood favorite. But when you get a peanut butter ice-cream sandwich (wow!) that's heaven on earth. The cookie dough is so easy to make, nothing tricky here pretty straightforward and the peanut butter adds complexity to the taste. Can't wait for you to try it. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- vanilla ice cream
- sprinkles
Instructions:
-In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, an egg.
-Once you have a cookie dough, scoop out your cookies. The recipe should make around 8 cookies.
-Next, bake your cookies at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
-Wait for your cookies to cool down, before adding your ice cream to the cookie sandwich.
-Add the sprinkles for extra color.
-And you're done. Enjoy!
