Spicy Salmon Rice Paper Chips

Rice Paper Chips are the fun way of eating rice paper. It's crispy and it take seconds to make. All you got to do is chop a fresh salmon and season it, prep your favorite veggies and serve with your sauces. Et Voila! you got a meal.

Ingredients:
  • avocado, sliced
  • green onion
  • salmon
  • kewpie mayonnaise
  • sriracha sauce
  • soy sauce 
  • rice papers
  • white and black sesame seeds
  • cajun seasoning

Instructions:

-Prep your veggies. (slice your avocado & thinly cut your green onions)

-Cut your fresh salmon in to small pieces and season it. (kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce)

-Cut your rice paper in to 4 pieces. Then fry the rice paper in hot vegetable oil. (shouldn't take more than a couple of seconds)

-Top your rice paper chips with the seasoned salmon, avocado, and green onions.

-Garnish with the sesame seeds and the cajun seasoning for extra flavor.

-And you're done. Bon Appetit!
