- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
-Start by adding a banana to the blender.
-Add the blueberries and the rolled oats to the blender.
-Top the ingredients with chia seeds and peanut butter.
-Finally, add milk to the blender and blend.
-Serve the smoothie and enjoy!!!
