Cherry Pizza had a moment and went viral on Pinterest and TikTok and you guessed it, we had to make it! The pizza is your classic sourdough pizza with red sauce and cheeses, the only difference is the extra cuteness achieved by the cherry tomatoes and the basil. So if you have a time definitely give it a try. Enjoy!!
- sourdough pizza dough
- your favorite red pizza sauce
- shredded mozzarella
- shredded parmesan
- cherry tomatoes
- fresh basil leaves and stems
Instructions:
-Place your sourdough pizza dough on a baking tray.
-Spread the pizza sauce then top with the shredded mozzarella and parmesan.
-Place the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
-Bake your pizza for 8-10 minutes at 180C.
-Finally, add the basil stems and leaves for the cherry effect.
