Sun Dried Tomato Focaccia
This Sun Dried Tomato Sourdough Focaccia will be your new favorite appetizer. It's airy, it's light and definitely not dense. - sourdough focaccia dough
- olive oil
- chili oil
- sun dried tomatoes
- red onion slices
- a pinch of salt
- fresh rosemary
Instructions:
-Proof the focaccia dough overnight.
-Drizzle olive oil and chili oil on top then dimple the focaccia.
-Place sun dried tomato pieces and onion slices in the dimples.
-Add a pinch of salt and a couple of fresh rosemary leaves for extra flavor.
-Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.
-Wait for the focaccia to cool down before cutting.
-Enjoy!!!
