This Sun Dried Tomato Sourdough Focaccia will be your new favorite appetizer. It's airy, it's light and definitely not dense. I have my sourdough focaccia dough recipe in the blog- in case you wanna give it a try. But, if there's something I can be sure of, is how delicious this focaccia. Give it a try and enjoy!!

Sun Dried Tomato Focaccia
Ingredients:
  • sourdough focaccia dough
  • olive oil 
  • chili oil
  • sun dried tomatoes 
  • red onion slices 
  • a pinch of salt
  • fresh rosemary 

Instructions:

-Proof the focaccia dough overnight.

-Drizzle olive oil and chili oil on top then dimple the focaccia.

-Place sun dried tomato pieces and onion slices in the dimples.

-Add a pinch of salt and a couple of fresh rosemary leaves for extra flavor.

-Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.

-Wait for the focaccia to cool down before cutting.

-Enjoy!!!
