Whenever you feel like a quick meal or a snack, you can always give this twice baked potatoes a try. First, you need a baked potato, then mash the inside and add all sort of cheeses, veggies and spices only to bake again. It's quick, it's  easy and most important it's delicious. Give it try and Bon Appetit!!

Ingredients:
Twice Baked Potatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/4 cup smoked turkey
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • shredded mozzarella 

Instructions:

-Pierce your potatoes with a sharp knife or a fork.

-Next, bake the potatoes at 180C for 40-50 minutes or till fork tender.

-Wait for the potatoes to cool down before cutting the top.

-Take out the potatoes meat, then add to it the smoked turkey, green onions, heavy cream, sour cream, a pinch of salt and pepper.

-Mix all the ingredients well before adding them back to the potato boat.

-Then, add the shredded mozzarella to the potatoes top.

-Bake at 180C for another 15-20 minutes or till the cheese melts.

-And you’re ready to serve. Enjoy!!
