Pumpkin Spice! it's great in PSL from Starbucks, but what if we used it for waffles?
These waffles scream fall/winter from the brown butter to the apple cider, from the pumpkin spice to the maple syrup. Absolute deliciousness in a breakfast or a brunch- your choice. And don't forget to enjoy!!
- 3 tbsps melted brown butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- maple syrup
- a knob of cold butter
Instructions:
-Then add pumpkin purée, apple cider vinegar, vanilla and an egg.
-Mix the ingredients well before adding the flour, the baking powder and baking soda.
-Next, spice your waffles up by adding salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
-Finally, mix your ingredients well then add to your waffle maker.
-Place a knob of cold butter on your hot waffles.
-Drizzle with a generous amount of maple syrup on top.
