Ingredients:
  • baby potatoes 
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt

Instructions:

-Halve the baby potatoes.

-On a baking sheet, drizzle generous amount of olive oil.

-Add shredded parmesan on top of the olive oil.

-Place the potatoes on the shredded parmesan.

-Next, drizzle more olive oil on top and sprinkle some salt.

-Bake your dish for 40-50 minutes at 180C.

-Wait for the cheese to cool down before trying to serve the dish up-side down.
