Spaghetti all’Assassina is a one pan pasta dish. I would definitely use a cast iron for a stronger, grill-like taste. Other than that the recipe is easy and requires not that much of ingredients.
You need patience while cooking this pasta, since you don't just dump the paste in the water. And now it's time to get to the recipe. Bon Appetit!!!

Spaghetti all’Assassina
Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 chili pepper
  • water
  • tomato sauce
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • spaghetti 

Instructions:

-Thinly slice the garlic and the chili pepper.

-In a cooking pot, mix in together hot water and tomato sauce.

-Add a generous amount of olive oil to your cast iron and the garlic.

-Once the garlic gets fragrant, add tomato sauce, chili pepper and salt.

-Add the spaghetti to the pan and slowly add the tomato sauce water. 

-Once cooked, serve your spaghetti immediately.
