Lemon Pasta went viral for some time of TikTok and had its moment, but we never got over this citrusy, tangy pasta. I love lemon so I go overboard with the lemon juice and zest-feel free to do the same.
Another thing is the recipe is very creamy and cheesy, which lets be honest is delicious. The recipe would take 20-25 minutes to make, so give it a try and enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 handful of pasta
- boiling water
- salt
- 4 knobs of butter
- lemon zest
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 100 to 150 ml of heavy cream
- black pepper
- parmigiano reggiano
Instructions:
-Boil your pasta in salted water.
-In a pan, add the butter, lemon zest and lemon juice.
-Next, add the heavy cream, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
-To the sauce, add the cooked pasta and pasta water.
-Give the pasta a quick stir before shredding a generous amount of parmigiano reggiano.
-Serve the lemon pasta with extra lemon zest on top for extra tanginess.
