Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes is an extra crispy, extra garlicy, extra saucy and extra delicious potato recipe. The diagonal scoring in the potato slices caused the crispiness and the tighter the scoring the more crispy it will get.
The dish is easy and quick to make plus it will be everybody's favorite by the end of the meal. There isn't much to explain regarding the recipe, so try it yourself and enjoy!!!!!!

Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients:
  • potato
  • vegetable oil
  • kewpie mayonnaise 
  • sriracha 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • cilantro, finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • parmesan cheese

Instructions:

-Cut your potato to thick slices.

-Score your potato slices diagonally.

-Mix in the minced garlic and the oil and keep aside.

-In a different bowl, mix in together mayonnaise, sriracha and sprinkle cilantro on top.

-Fry the potato slices in vegetable oil till golden.

-Brush the garlic mix on your crispy potatoes top.

-Next, sprinkle salt, shred parmesan and garnish with cilantro.

-Serve the potato slices with the mayo dip.
