Tortilla de Patatas 

Tortilla de Patatas is a traditional Spanish Omelette which is based of eggs, potatoes and white onions. The recipe is easy and quick to make for breakfast or brunch. So the next time you have the following ingredients, make the dish and bon appetit!!!!

Tortilla de Patatas
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium sized potato 
  • 1 white onion
  • 3 eggs 
  • salt
  • olive oil 

Instructions:

-Thinly slice the potato and the white onion.

-On high heat, add olive oil to a pan to cook your sliced potato and onion in.

-In a bowl, beat the cracked eggs and add salt.

-Add the cooked potato and onion slices to the beaten eggs.

-Next, add generous amount of oil to the pan and then add the egg mix.

-Slowly cook the eggs till the base get golden, then flip to cook the other side.

-Once done, serve warm.

-Bon Appetit!!!
