Raspberry Chia Pudding
Raspberry Chia Pudding is a healthy, sweet and delicious breakfast. It's easy and quick to make too, and most importantly it's good for your digestion. The pudding is rich in the raspberry taste which can be replaced with your fruit of choice.
The pudding is not only great as a breakfast or a sweet snack, but it makes a great work lunch too. Now, give this pudding a try and enjoy!!!
- 1 cup of raspberry
- 1/3 cup of chia seeds
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- Greek yogurt
- blueberries
Instructions:
-In a blender, add raspberries, maple syrup and coconut milk.
-Mix well the ingredients, cover and let it set overnight.
-Add greek yogurt to your cup as a base.
-Top your yogurt with the chia pudding.
-Garnish with blueberries.
