Rice Paper Teokbokki is the easy version of Rice Cake Teokbokki, it definitely doesn't taste taste the same, but the taste is delicious regardless. The sauce can be anything from carbonara to spicy gochujang. Give this recipe a try and tell us what you think. Bon Appetit!!!

Rice Paper Teokbokki
Ingredients:
  • rice paper
  • water
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • chives
  • sesame seeds
  • vegetable stock 
  • gochujang
  • chilli powder 
  • maple syrup 
  • soy sauce
Instructions:

Rice Paper Teokbokki
-Wet the rice papers and roll the papers tightly.

-Cut the rolls to bite sizes.

-Chop the garlic and the chives.

-In a pan, add the stock, gochujang sauce and mix.

-To the mix, add chilli powder, maple syrup, soy sauce and the garlic.

-Finally, add the teokbokki and simmer.

-Once done serve with sesame seeds and chives.

-Enjoy!!!
