Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni 

Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni is your classic Italian dish. It requires times to make, but it'll be worth it once you sit down and start eating. The dish is rich with cheese, to be precise three different types of cheeses is used in the recipe. And the tomato sauce is beyond words you just have to give it a try. Ingredients:
Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni
  • 200 gram of ricotta 
  • parmesan cheese
  • a pack of spinach 
  • one egg
  • salt 
  • pepper 
  • olive oil 
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes 
  • fresh basil
  • fresh sage
  • 1 red chili 
  • cannelloni 
  • provolone cheese
Instructions:

-In a bowl, add ricotta, shredded parmesan, cooked spinach and an egg.

-Next, add salt and pepper and mix the ingredients.

-Sauté minced garlic in olive oil, then add the tomato can.

-While simmering the sauce add the basil, sage, chili and salt.

-Fill the cannellonis with the cheese mix.

-Place the cannelloni in a pyrex and cover it with the tomato sauce.

-Top the dish with provolone cheese and shredded parmesan.

-Bake the dish at 200 C for 25 minutes.

-Serve with fresh basil.
