Matcha Mango Mochi, yes mochi done by you using a couple of ingredients you can easily get from the supermarket. The recipe isn't the easiest and you'll knead some muscles since you'll kneading the dough, but is it worth it? totally!!
You can play with the flavors all you want following the provided measurements. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
  • 100g glutinous rice flour 
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp matcha 
  • 2 tsp water 
  • cornstarch 
  • 1 mango 

Instructions:

-In a bowl, mix rice flour, sugar and water.

-Microwave for a couple of minutes.
Matcha Mango Mochi

-Meanwhile, whisk the matcha powder in the water.

-Add the matcha to the dough and knead.

-Add cornstarch to your working space before kneading with hand.

-Divide the dough in to two.

-Stretch each peace out and add a mango slice in the dough center.

-Serve with tiny chopped mango pieces on top.

-Enjoy!!!
