Garlic Cheese Bomb Bread
It is fall and these Garlic Cheese Bomb Bread is the best breakfast you can bake for your loved ones. The warmth of the fresh baked bread and the melty cheese all blended fine with the garlicy herbs in one bite.
The recipe isn't the easiest, but not the hardest too and it doesn't require much of kneading too. The bread is airy and fluffy, it's like biting on a cloud.

- 2 tbsp yeast
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 5 cups of AP flour
- 2 cups of lukewarm
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- mozzarella cheese
- sesame seeds
- chives
Instructions:
-In a bowl, add the yeast, sugar, milk, 2 cups of flour and water.
-Mix the ingredients then let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-In a bigger bowl, add the rest of the flour, olive oil, salt and the resting mix.
-Start kneading for a couple of minutes before making around 12 dough balls.
-Stuff the dough balls with the mozzarella.
-Brush the dough balls with extra olive oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
-Bake the dough balls at 200C for 10-12 minutes or till golden.
-Brush the baked cheese bombs with an oil, chives and garlic mix.
