Creamy Gochujang Pasta 

Creamy Gochujang Pasta is a fusion of taste, a blend of cuisines the Asian and the Italian. The recipe is easy to make and it requires not much time to cook.

Ingredients:
Creamy Gochujang Pasta
  • sliced spring onions 
  • 1 tsp gochujang paste 
  • 1 tsp cream cheese 
  • 1 grated garlic 
  • 1 tsp chili oil 
  • sesame seeds
  • spaghetti pasta 
  • cooked shrimps 

Instructions:

-In a bowl, mix gochujang, cream cheese, spring onions, garlic, chili oil and sesame seeds.

-In a pot, boil water and add generous amount of salt.

-Cook the spaghetti in the salted water.

-Fry a couple of shrimps.

-Mix the cooked pasta with the gochujang sauce topped with pasta water and the shrimps.

-Serve the pasta with the shrimps on top.

-Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
