Spicy Kani Crab Salad
Spicy Kani Crab Salad is your salad when you're craving sushi or some quick asian snack. Or even better it can be served as an appetizer before starting your meal.
The salad has a balance in taste with the sweetness and tanginess from the mango, a hint of saltiness from the crabs and the spiciness from the sauce.

- 9 imitation crabs
- 1 cucumber
- 1 mango
- 2 tbsps kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsps sesame oil
- seaweed crisps
Instructions:
-Thinly slice the cucumber and the mango.
-Shred the imitation crab.
-In a bowl, mix well mayonnaise, vinegar, oil and sriracha.
-Add to the sauce the sliced veggies and the shredded crab.
-Serve the salad with seaweed crisps.
-Enjoy!!!
