Mango Sago with Coconut Jelly
In the hot summery weather all you need is a bowl of cold Mango Sago with Coconut Jelly.
I know the recipe will take some time to make, but trust me it's so worth it, especially the coconut jelly, it's so fun to make, to look at and of course to eat.

Ingredients:
- 2 jelly packs
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 520 ml coconut water with pulp
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup sago (tapioca pearls)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup of regular milk
- 1 cup of coconut milk
Instructions:
-In a bowl, mix the gelatin/jelly packs in boiling water.
-Transfer the jelly mix to a pyrex and add coconut water with pulp.
-Place it in the fridge for a couple of hours or till solid.
-Cut the jelly to cubes and take them out.
-Dice a fresh mango to cubes.
-Boil tapioca pearls and wash it out.
-In a pyrex, add the jelly, mango, cooked sago, condensed milk, regular milk and coconut milk.
-Serve the mixture cold and enjoy!!!
