Pumpkin Cheese Ball
The pumpkin cheese ball will literally be your favorite dip/snack this holidays and it's so easy to make. The recipe was definitely not hard but shaping the cheese may require a little extra attention. And of course the best thing about it, is how cute and presentable the cheese platter will be.

Ingredients:
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 100 grams of american heritage mild cheddar cheese
- black pepper
- salt
- crackers and veggies
Instructions:
-Shred the cheddar cheese and set it aside.
-In a bowl, mix the block of cream cheese and the shredded cheddar.
-Season the cheese mixture with salt and black pepper.
-Spread the shredded cheese on a flat surface.
-Meanwhile ball the cheese mixture.
-Roll the cheese ball over the shredded cheese.
-Cover the cheese with a plastic wrap.
-Using the kitchen twine, shape the cheese into a pumpkin.
-Prepare your cheese board by adding your favorite crackers and veggies.
-Serve the cheese ball with a bell pepper stem to imitate a pumpkin.
-Enjoy your holidays dip.
