Crispy Parmesan Salad Bowl 

Who knew you could eat the bowl- the salad bowl? Let me explain, so this bowl is made out of cheese and you serve whatever you want inside it. Then you can eat the salad bowl, literally. I have never fell in love more with food, it feels like one of those expensive dishes you can only get at restaurants. Bon Appetit! 

Crispy Parmesan Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of shredded parmesan 
  • olive oil 
  • roasted garlic
  • salt
  • kale 
  • pine nuts

Instructions:

-Shred 2 cups of parmesan cheese.

-Spread 1.5 cup of shredded parmesan on a pan to melt on low-medium heat.

-Allow the cheese to cool down on an upside down bowl.

-Clean and prep your kale.

-In a blender, add generous amount of olive oil, shredded parmesan, roasted garlic head and a pinch of salt.

-Massage the kale with your olive oil sauce.

-Add the massaged kale to your cheese bowl, then top with the pine nuts and shredded parmesan.

-Serve and Bon Appetit!!
